PERFORMING OPPORTUNITIES      PAAY supports the York County community by performing at many local events. This year all classes will be considered to have the opportunity to perform at these events. This way students do not have to come an extra day of the week on a regular basis in order to be able to represent the studio at performances! We are happy to extend this invitation to all of our students now. Choices will be made each time a performance event comes along based on individual class achievements. In addition, Miss Priscilla will be inviting specific students to learn and perform specific dance pieces. Please note that there will be Saturday rehearsals prior to any performance.    SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT RECOGNITION      Selected students who are nominated by their teachers will be invited to attend a weekend dance convention in Philadelphia called "Manhattan Dance Project". While there, they will take master classes in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, Rockette style, hip hop, theatre dance, and modern dance from current dance world professionals. There are also performance opportunities at this friendly, encouraging convention.
